This blended learning program is for managers and team members responsible for employer engagement and job development. The program covers the practical, effective strategies and skills needed to engage employers to hire all levels of job seekers, including those with employment barriers. It includes the e-learning course, Optimize Employment for Everyone, and a two-day onsite workshop or four or five-part webinar series.


Participants will learn:

  • The four steps and four power skills to engage employers
  • The three commitments that must be present at all times, to optimize employer engagement and secure employment for people with employment barriers


Participants will receive a learning journal and a certificate of completion for both courses.
